1) Appointment of the Parties;
a) Sergio Oreng DBA Oreng Consulting and owner of the domain hosted online www.certificadonosestadosunidos.com.
Named “Sergio” and/or “Oreng Consulting”.
b) Another party_____________________________________________________________________now named as “" "host”
2) Nature of the contract in terms of hosting the event
· This contract between the parties confirms the agreement for the host to host Oreng Consulting courses and lectures within the standards and terms established by Oreng Consulting such as price, payment term, course duration, etc. The promoter cannot add a percentage, fee or any other type of increase to the price offered by Oreng Consulting.
· Payment to the host will be made one day after the end of the course/lecture by check or paypal account.
· Check payments will be sent to the address provided by the host or hand delivered.
· All hosts residing in the United States will be required to provide a duly completed and signed 1099 form.
· Hostesses residing outside the American territory are exempt from completing this form since the receipt of the commission will be through paypal.
· Hosts will be required to submit evidence that the venue meets Oreng Consulting's requirements for conducting training such as; handwritten and/or scanned plans, photos or even a visit from an Oreng Consulting representative will be necessary to personally verify the location.
· Any place made available for training must meet the requirements below;
Drinking water (drinking fountain or bottled water);
Agreed number of Chairs and tables in good condition;
Minimum frontal distance between tables and chairs of 5 feet;
Minimum lateral distance between tables and chairs of 3 feet;
Chair with attached “table and arm” may be used as long as it is approved by oreng Consulting;
White wall or *screen for projecting training using equipment provided by oreng Consulting. *The use of a TV will be accepted instead of the projection once it has already been installed in the room and is compatible with the Oreng Consulting equipment.
Air-conditioned room with temperature control within reach of the instructor representing Oreng Consulting on the day of the training;
Room with minimal acoustic insulation in order to avoid sound interference during training;
Bathrooms in good condition;
If the place offered by the host is a restaurant and/or bar, all licenses from the sanitary departments, fire department and licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages must be up to date.
3) After event
· Oreng Consulting undertakes to do all the cleaning and garbage collection right after the end of the event.
· The host will inspect the site to verify that it is in favorable conditions of cleanliness and without damage.
· Oreng Consulting reserves the right to take photographs and videos, thus being able to share in social networks or within its business network the entire event held at the host's facilities. host relationship without prior notification or request for image use, except for people who need their image not to be registered.

· Payment to the host will be made one day after the end of the course / lecture by check or paypal account.
· Payments by check will be sent to the address provided by the host or delivered by hand.
· All hosts residing in the United States will need to provide a properly completed and signed 1099 form.
· Residents outside the US are exempt from completing this form since the receipt of the commission will be through paypal.
· Hosts will have to send evidence that the site meets Oreng Consulting's requirements for conducting training such as; handwritten and / or digitized plants, photos or even a visit from a representative of Oreng Consulting to personally verify the site.
· The whole place available for the training, will have to contemplate the requirements below;
Drinking water (drinking fountain or bottled water);
Agreed number of Chairs and tables in good condition;
Front minimum distance between 5-foot tables and chairs;
Minimum lateral distance between tables and chairs of 3 feet;
Chair with "table and arm" coupled can be used since approved by oreng Consulting;
White wall or * screen for training projection through equipment provided by oreng Consulting. * will be accepted instead of projection the use of TV once it has already installed in the room and is compatible with the equipment of Oreng Consulting.
Heated room with temperature control within the reach of the instructor representative of Oreng Consulting on the training day;
Room with minimum of sound insulation aiming at the noninterference of sound during the training;
Bathrooms in good condition;
If the place offered by the host is a restaurant and / or bar, all licenses of the health departments, fire brigade and liquor license must be up to date.
3) After the event
· Oreng Consulting undertakes to do all the cleaning and garbage collection right after the end of the event.
· The host will inspect the site to see if it is in a clean and undamaged condition.
· Oreng Consulting reserves the right to make photographic and video registrations, so that it can share, in partner networks or within its business network, any event held at the host's premises. This includes registering facilities, clients, students and employees belonging to the nucleus of host relationship without prior notification or request for use of the image unless persons who need not to register their image.
