Ora nomeado “Sergio” e/ou “Oreng Consulting”.

2) Natureza do contrato nos termos de hospedagem do evento 

​

· Esse contrato entre as partes confirma acordo para o hospedeiro hospedar cursos e palestras da Oreng Consulting dentro dos padrões e termos estabelecidos pela Oreng Consulting tais como preço, prazo de pagamento, duração do curso, etc. Não podendo o divulgador acrescer percentual, taxa ou qualquer outro tipo de acréscimo no preço oferecido pela Oreng Consulting. 

· O pagamento ao hospedeiro será efetuado um dia após ao termino do curso/palestra através de cheque ou conta no paypal. 

· Pagamentos em cheque serão enviados ao endereço fornecido pelo hospedeiro ou entregue em mãos. 

· Todo os hospedeiros residentes nos Estados Unidos terão que fornecer um formulário 1099 devidamente preenchido e assinado. 

· Hospedeiros residentes fora do território Americano ficam isentos do preenchimento desse formulário uma vez que o recebimento da comissão será através do paypal. 

· Hospedeiros terão que enviar evidencias de que o local atende as exigências da Oreng Consulting para a condução do treinamento tais como; plantas manuscritas e/ou digitalizadas, fotos ou mesmo sera necessária uma visita de um representante da Oreng Consulting para verificar pessoalmente o local. 

· Todo o local disponibilizado para o treinamento, terá que contemplar as exigências abaixo; 

Água potável (bebedouro ou água em garrafa); 

Número acordado de Cadeiras e mesas em boas condições; 

Distancia mínima frontal entre mesas e cadeiras de 5 pés;  

Distancia mínima lateral entre mesas e cadeiras de 3 pés; 

Cadeira com “mesa e braço” acoplado poderá ser utilizado desde que aprovado pela oreng Consulting; 

Parede branca ou *tela para projeção do treinamento através de equipamento fornecido pela oreng Consulting. *será aceito ao invés de projeção o uso de TV uma vez que já tiver instalada na sala e seja compatível com o equipamento da Oreng Consulting. 

Sala climatizada com controle de temperatura ao alcance do instrutor representante da Oreng Consulting no dia do treinamento; 

Sala com mínimo de isolamento acústico visando a não interferência de som durante o treinamento;  

Banheiros em boas condições; 

Caso o local oferecido pelo o hospedeiro seja um restaurante e/ou bar, todas as licenças dos departamentos sanitários, corpo de bombeiros e licenças para venda de bebidas alcoólicas tem que estar em dia.

3) Após o evento 

​

· Oreng Consulting se compromete a fazer toda a limpeza e coleta do lixo logo após o termino do evento. 

· O hospedeiro irá inspecionar o local para verificar se está em condições favoráveis de limpeza e sem danos. 

· Oreng Consulting se resguarda ao direito de fazer registros fotográficos e de vídeos, podendo assim compartilhar em redes socias ou dentro da sua rede de negócios todo o evento realizado nas instalações do hospedeiro isso inclui registrar instalações, clientes, alunos e funcionários pertencentes ao núcleo de relacionamento do hospedeiro sem previa notificação ou pedido para uso de imagem salvo pessoas que necessitarem o não registro da sua imagem.

1) Appointment of Parties;

a) Sergio Oreng DBA Oreng Consulting and owner of the domain hosted online www.certificadonosestadosunidos.com.

Now named "Sergio" and / or "Oreng Consulting".

2) Nature of the contract in terms of hosting the event

 

· This agreement between the parties confirms agreement for the host to host courses and lectures of Oreng Consulting within the standards and terms established by Oreng Consulting such as price, payment term, duration of the course, etc. The advertiser can not add percentage, rate or any other type of increase in the price offered by Oreng Consulting.

· Payment to the host will be made one day after the end of the course / lecture by check or paypal account.

· Payments by check will be sent to the address provided by the host or delivered by hand.

· All hosts resident in the United States will need to provide a properly completed and signed 1099 form.

· Residents outside the US are exempt from completing this form since the receipt of the commission will be through paypal.

· Hosts will have to send evidence that the site meets Oreng Consulting's requirements for conducting training such as; handwritten and / or digitized plants, photos or even a visit from a representative of Oreng Consulting to personally verify the site.

· The whole place available for the training, will have to contemplate the requirements below;

Drinking water (drinking fountain or bottled water);

Agreed number of Chairs and tables in good condition;

Front minimum distance between 5-foot tables and chairs;

Minimum lateral distance between tables and chairs of 3 feet;

Chair with "table and arm" coupled can be used since approved by oreng Consulting;

White wall or * screen for training projection through equipment provided by oreng Consulting. * will be accepted instead of projection the use of TV once it has already installed in the room and is compatible with the equipment of Oreng Consulting.

Heated room with temperature control within the reach of the instructor representative of Oreng Consulting on the training day;

Room with minimum of sound insulation aiming at the noninterference of sound during the training;

Bathrooms in good condition;

If the place offered by the host is a restaurant and / or bar, all licenses of the health departments, fire brigade and liquor license must be up to date.

 

3) After the event

 

· Oreng Consulting undertakes to do all the cleaning and garbage collection right after the end of the event.

· The host will inspect the site to see if it is in a clean and undamaged condition.

· Oreng Consulting reserves the right to make photographic and video registrations, so that it can share, in partner networks or within its business network, any event held at the host's premises. This includes registering facilities, clients, students and employees belonging to the nucleus of host relationship without prior notification or request for use of the image unless persons who need not to register their image.
